  • Bulk shipping and label creation are not supported in the Seller App for Seller Shipping; sellers must use the TikTok Shop Seller Center website for these functions.
  • If no shipping provider is available for an order, the system will display an error, preventing label creation until resolved.

Shipping Option

You can select your shipping option on the TikTok Shop Seller Center website, which will determine the order delivery method. Currently, switching the shipping option via the Seller App is not supported. How to Enroll in Each Shipping Option

Sellers provide order fulfillment through their own selected/preferred logistics carriers.
  • TikTok Shipping
TikTok platform will automatically assign a service (based on buyer's selected shipping options and seller's preferred carrier). Seller has the option to reject this selection, and choose from other available options (these options are based on seller's shipping settings/rules). Note that the seller is liable for the cost difference

Label Purchase:

  • To create shipping labels for orders awaiting processing on TikTok Shop, select the orders individually or in bulk under 'Manage Orders' and click the 'Create Shipping Labels' button.
  • If no shipping provider is available for the order, the system will display an error tag.

Options for Label Purchase:
  • Purchase only: Sellers have the option to buy shipping labels now and print later.
  • Purchase and print: Buy and print labels simultaneously. After purchase, labels can be printed immediately without needing to visit the Purchase Label Result page.

Order Combination

You can merge eligible orders into a combined package to save on fulfillment costs while still providing a great customer delivery experience.
  1. If the criteria are met, the recommended combinations will pop up when you click Create Label or Add Tracking Info for orders.
  1. Sellers have the option to:
    • Continue Without Combining — Reject the recommendation and ship each single order separately.
    • Confirm All Combinations and Continue — View all suggestions and remove orders you do not wish to send in the combined package. All SKUs you remove will need to be processed separately.

Order Split

The split order option will be available if the following conditions are met:
  1. Order consists of more than 1 item.
  2. Order status is still Awaiting Shipment.
  3. All SKUs are neither canceled nor in cancellation requested status.
  4. It's applicable for both "TikTok Shipping" and "Seller Shipping" orders.
  1. You can split different SKUs into separate packages.
  1. You can also split the order if the same SKU has more than one quantity.

Package Edit

  • During the label purchase workflow, sellers can modify shipping services, add value-added services, and adjust package sizes for individual or batch orders. This flexibility allows sellers to adapt to changing shipping needs and preferences.
  • Sellers also have the option to modify document format settings for the label during package editing.
Package Level Edit
  1. Sellers have the ability to modify package information while creating a label.
  1. Weight and dimensions are editable.
  1. The shipping provider can be changed.
  1. Editing shipping information may result in updated shipping fees after saving it.

Seller Shipping

Sellers fulfill orders using their chosen logistics carriers and provide tracking details for all shipped orders.
  1. Add tracking numbers to orders.
  1. Upon adding tracking information, the system will perform a verification check on the tracking details provided.
  1. The order status refreshed automatically after uploading the tracking number. Sellers are able to revise tracking information once, and only within 72 hours of initially uploading a tracking number.
