Feature Overview

The split order option will be available if the following conditions are met:

  2. Order status is still Awaiting Shipment
  3. All SKUs are neither canceled nor in cancellation requested status
  4. It's applicable for both "TikTok Shipping" and "Seller Shipping" orders.
You can still make changes to the split order if you haven’t arranged the order for delivery yet, or it’s still in the Awaiting Shipment process status. You may not edit the splitting configuration once you have arranged one of the packages for shipment.
