2. When you see "no permission" reminder, could I still be possible to manage products?

If a TikTok account doesn't have TikTok live access, when you click into the Live product tab, you might see the image below; but you still can manage the showcase products.

3. Why can't the video on the video detail page be played?

• If the video is set as private or deleted, then it cannot be playback and the video cover cannot be displayed.

If the video is set as private, then it will not have any data.

4. Why are recommended videos with high revenue not shown in the transaction analysis on the video detail page?

For videos with multiple product links, you need to select one product in the video detail page-transaction analysis, and the video of the TOP3 revenue amount in all videos (including the creator's own short video and other creators' short videos) with the same product will be displayed below the transaction analysis.
