TikTok Shop Enhanced Managed Services Creator Terms

These Enhanced Managed Services Creator Terms (“Creator Terms”) govern Creator’s contribution to campaigns, collaborations, or promotional activities conducted by TikTok related to the enhanced managed services program described herein (the “Program”).
These Creator Terms apply solely to Creator’s contribution to the Program. Creator’s general use of TikTok Shop and participation in other creator activities remain governed by the applicable TikTok Shop Creator Terms of Use, Campaign Terms and Conditions, Flat Fee Terms and Conditions, and any other creator-facing terms or policies made available through the Platform (collectively, the “Creator Platform Terms”). In the event of a conflict between these Creator Terms and the Creator Platform Terms, these Creator Terms will govern solely with respect to Creator’s participation in the Program.
By accepting a collaboration, task, campaign, or invitation designated as conducted by TikTok and part of the Program, Creator agrees to these Creator Terms.
Creators participating in Program campaigns are engaged by TikTok. Creators are not engaged by, and do not contract directly with, the sellers whose products may appear in the content provided.
Nothing in the Program alters Creator’s independent contractor status under the Creator Platform Terms.
Nothing in these Creator Terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between Creator and TikTok.
Payments will be processed through the Platform’s existing creator payment systems applicable in the relevant market.
TikTok reserves the right to withhold, offset, or adjust payments in cases of: (a) Creator's failure to deliver content that is approved by TikTok in accordance with Section 4, (b) fraud, (c) policy violations, (d) returned orders, (e) refunded transactions, or (f) other invalid activity, as provided under the Creator Platform Terms.
Creator is solely responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, and compliance associated with compensation received under the Program.
Where compensation is calculated on a transactional basis, eligibility, calculation methodology, exclusions (including refunds, cancellations, logistics fees, platform fees, invalid activity, or other adjustments), and timing will be determined by TikTok and disclosed in the applicable interface.
Creator agrees to comply with:
Creator further acknowledges that participation in the Program does not create any ongoing service obligation by TikTok and does not entitle Creator to continued access to Program campaigns.

By participating in a Premium Plan campaign in the United Kingdom or European Union, Creator acknowledges and agrees to this Schedule B in conjunction with the Creator Terms.

1. Nature of the Program
The Program is a services initiative under which TikTok procures content and associated advertising services for use on the Platform.Creators participating in Program campaigns are engaged by TikTok. Creators are not engaged by, and do not contract directly with, the sellers whose products may appear in the content provided.
Nothing in the Program alters Creator’s independent contractor status under the Creator Platform Terms.
2. Engagement and Relationship
For Program campaigns:- Creator is engaged by TikTok (or its applicable affiliate) and not by a seller.
- Creator has no authority to bind any seller.
- Creator’s relationship with TikTok remains that of an independent contractor.
Nothing in these Creator Terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between Creator and TikTok.
3. Compensation and Payment
For Program campaigns:- All compensation is the sole and direct payment obligation of TikTok, acting on its own behalf and from its own funds, and is not a pass-through of funds from any seller.
- Creator has no right to seek payment directly from any seller for content provided under the Program.
- Any references in the Platform interface to "commission," "referral fee," "incentive," or similar terminology in connection with the Program refer to compensation payable by TikTok under these Creator Terms and not by any seller.

4. Content Creation and Approval
Creator is the publisher of all content posted to their account and is solely and exclusively responsible for it. Creator acknowledges and agrees that while TikTok may provide guidelines or best practices, TikTok is not the approver or publisher of the content. Creator retains final control and liability for all content published under their account.Creator agrees to comply with:
- all applicable advertising, endorsement, and consumer protection laws;
- disclosure requirements regarding sponsored content and material connections;
- Platform policies; and
- campaign-specific requirements communicated at the time of participation.
5. No Employment or Benefits
Creator acknowledges and agrees that:- Creator is not an employee of TikTok.
- Creator is not entitled to wages, overtime, benefits, workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, or other employee benefits.
- Creator is responsible for Creator’s own business expenses, equipment, personnel, and production costs unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Creator further acknowledges that participation in the Program does not create any ongoing service obligation by TikTok and does not entitle Creator to continued access to Program campaigns.
6. Intellectual Property
With respect to any content created for the Program ("Program Content"), Creator grants TikTok a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, display, and perform the Program Content in any and all media. This license includes the express right for TikTok to sublicense the Program Content to the sellers whose products are featured, for their use in connection with the Platform.Creator acknowledges that content created under the Program may be used by TikTok in connection with:
- advertising and promotion across TikTok channels,
- performance optimization, and
- marketing of the Program.
7. Suspension or Removal from Managed Service Plan
Subject to the notice requirements set out in the applicable Creator Platform Terms, as applicable, TikTok may suspend, remove, or restrict Creator’s participation in the Program:- for violations of law, policy, or campaign requirements;
- for suspected fraud or abusive conduct;
- where required for legal, regulatory, or reputational reasons; or
- at TikTok’s discretion consistent with the Creator Platform Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Creator Terms are governed by the governing law and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the applicable Creator Platform Terms for Creator’s marketplace.SCHEDULE A: UNITED STATES
Regional Schedule for the United States (Creator)
This Regional Schedule applies to Creators participating in the Program (as defined in the Enhanced Managed Services Creator Terms) in the United States. This schedule forms part of the Enhanced Managed Services Creator Terms (“Creator Terms”).- Defined Terms for this Region

SCHEDULE B: UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPEAN UNION
Regional Schedule for the United Kingdom & European Union (Creator)
This Regional Schedule applies to Creators participating in the Program (as defined in the Enhanced Managed Services Creator Terms) in the United Kingdom and the European Union. This schedule forms part of the Enhanced Managed Services Creator Terms (“Creator Terms”).- Defined Terms for this Region
- The “Program” is referred to as the “Managed Service Plan.”
- Regional Provisions
By participating in a Premium Plan campaign in the United Kingdom or European Union, Creator acknowledges and agrees to this Schedule B in conjunction with the Creator Terms.
