The TikTok Shop Brand and Use GuidelinesI. The TikTok Shop brand consists of trademarks including word marks, color combinations, logos, icons, and symbols, as well as trade and product names and designs owned or used by TikTok Shop (the TikTok Shop brand).
Permitted use:In most cases, any use of the TikTok Shop brand requires our explicit authorization. However, the "Available on TikTok Shop" mark can be used to identify or refer to our platform or services without our explicit permission. Such use must be truthful and accurate, and in accordance with the terms of these guidelines.
Authorized use:You may not use the TikTok Shop brand or any other trademarks owned or used by TikTok (“TikTok trademarks”) without our written authorization (see, "Restrictions").
II. TikTok Name and Available on TikTok Shop Logo Style Guidelines
The "Available on TikTok Shop" logo includes the TikTok logo, which is included by TikTok trademarks, is based on a "Note" icon with the TikTok Shop wordmark. The TikTok logo has been carefully constructed to maintain ownable characteristics — making it instantly recognizable at all sizes and in all contexts. If you have received our prior written authorization to use the TikTok logo, you must comply with our logo usage guidelines.
As for the TikTok wordmark, Please note the following:

• There is no space between "Tik" and "Tok."
• Both letters "T" are uppercase and all other letters lowercase.
• Do not modify, abbreviate, or translate the word "TikTok" into a different language or by using a non-Latin alphabet.

Moreover, the TikTok Brand should not be used in a manner that is false or misleading, or in a manner likely to confuse consumers, users, or the public about the source or origin of any products or services you may provide. Confusing uses include, among other things, uses that may cause consumers, users, or the public to think your activities emanate from TikTok, or vice versa, or that there is some sort of partnership, sponsorship, affiliation, relationship, or endorsement between you, your goods/services, and TikTok where actually none exists.
III. TikTok Logo
If you have not received our permission, you may not use the TikTok logo outside of the "Available on TikTok Shop" logo. If you have received our prior written permission to use the TikTok logo, please refer to the brand guidelines found here. TikTok Shop reserves the right to modify these guidelines and/or the approved logo at any time and may revoke permission or require removal for use of the logo if its use does not comply with these guidelines.
