You understand and agree that: (a) generated Try-On Videos are provided for your convenience solely as suggestions; (b) you will review all generated Try-On Videos to ensure that they are accurate, truthful, and comply with the TikTok Shop Seller Terms of Service and other platform policies, and you will not post generated Try-On Videos that are inconsistent with any of these policies; (c) you will not upload any images containing children for the purposes of generating Try-On Videos; and (d) to the maximum extent permitted by law, you are and will remain solely responsible for any usage of this feature and the content which is generated pursuant to this feature, and TikTok and its affiliates will have no liability in this respect. Further, you understand that this video generation feature leverages software that’s offered under open source license terms. This includes a model based upon Stable Diffusion, which is subject to the Use Restrictions in Attachment A of the Stable Diffusion license ("License"). You cannot use this feature in violation of this License, and by using this feature, you agree to comply with the terms of this entire paragraph, including this License.
