TikTok Shop Buyer Terms Assignment and Update Notice
January 22, 2026We have assigned the TikTok Buyer Policy and all other terms applicable to you as a buyer on TikTok Shop (US), including the assignment of all of our rights and the delegation of all of our performance under these terms, to BD TikTok USA LLC, ("TT Commerce & Global Services"), a fully owned subsidiary of TikTok Inc. in the U.S.
The effective date of the assignment is January 22, 2026, on which date TT Commerce & Global Services will replace TikTok Inc. As our contracting entity under the TikTok Buyer Policy and other relevant terms and policies. This change is reflected in the updated versions of these terms and policies (as applicable), including but not limited to, the TikTok Buyer Policy (where this sentence was also removed: "This Policy is part of our Terms of Service."), our Subscriptions Terms, Coupon Terms, TikTok Shop Balance Terms and Conditions and TikTok Shop Gift Card Cardholder Agreement, and any other applicable TikTok Shop program terms. There are no other substantive changes to these terms and policies. Your continued access or use of our platform after this entity change has become effective will constitute your acceptance of this entity change and updated terms. Please note that no further action is required on your part. We have not changed your ability to use our platform. You may continue to access your account and use our platform as you always have.Sincerely,
