Co-Funded Free Shipping is now live
Last month, we introduced a new program called Co-Funded Free Shipping, which is now live and replaced our previous free shipping program as of August 26. This new program is the most cost-effective way for sellers to provide free shipping on qualified orders, with TikTok Shop funding a portion of the shipping cost.You can opt out here if you do not wish to participate in Co-Funded Free Shipping. Note that by opting out, you or your shopper will be required to cover 100% of the shipping cost.

Expanded product categories
We've expanded our product categories from three to a more detailed four-to-seven levels. Now, when you add new products to TikTok Shop, you can choose from up to seven categories. To make things easier, we've suggested categories for your current products, which you can review and update in Seller Center.
Update your product categories now to take full advantage of these enhancements. If updates are not made by 10/8, we'll automatically start to transition your products to the new category structure; however, you can still make updates at any time, even after the transition.
