What is a coupon?

Coupons allow you to easily offer discounts during your TikTok Shop LIVE sessions to drive engagement and boost sales. With this feature, you can incentivize purchases, reward viewers, and attract new customers through limited-time offers.
This guide walks you through how to create and manage Coupons in LIVE Manager. Coupons created here can be claimed during your LIVE session and redeemed either during the livestream or later in your shop.

How to Set Up Coupons?

Step 1. Log into LIVE Manager and go to LIVE console. Then click on the Coupon tab. Click on Create coupon.

Step 2. A window from the right will pop out. Follow the steps to create your coupon. Your Discount amount must be equal or less than 50% of the minimum spend. So if your discount amount is $10, your minimum spend must be at least $20 if not more.Claimable quantity must be at least 30 or more. Existing customers means these customers have purchased from you in the past. New customers mean they have not. Once done, click Agree and publish.
