Only the following types of pre-owned products can be sold on TikTok Shop:

• Pre-owned luxury bags, luggage, and bag/luggage accessories
• Pre-owned luxury footwear

Certificate of Authenticity (COA) Requirements

Pre-Owned Luxury Bags, Luggage, and Accessories

• Upload a Certificate of Authenticity within 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) of the product's sale. If not uploaded within this timeframe, the order will be canceled automatically.
• The COA must be approved before you ship the item. The dispatch time starts once TikTok Shop has approved the COA.
• The COA must be from an approved in-house authentication service or one of the following third-party authentication services:
  • Entrupy
  • Real Authentication
  • LegitMark

Pre-Owned Luxury Footwear

• Upload a Certificate of Authenticity within 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) of the product's sale. If not uploaded within this timeframe, the order will be canceled automatically.
• The COA must be approved before you ship the item. The dispatch time starts once TikTok Shop has approved the COA.

Can I submit another COA if the first is rejected?

If your COA is rejected, you can submit a second COA within 24 hours. If the second COA is rejected, the order will be canceled automatically.
