- Children's Product Certificate (CPC)

- Include the manufacturer or importer's name and address.
- Issued within the last 365 days.
- Product details must match the product category and photos.
- Include a clear description of the tested product.
- Include the name and address of the CPSC-accredited laboratory.
- List all relevant safety standards tested.
- The CPC should be in English.
- Product Tracking Label

- Include all necessary identifying and safety information.
- The tracking label should be attached to both the product and the packaging.
- The tracking label must be in English.
- Test Report issued by a CPSC-Accredited Laboratory

When submitting your test report, make sure it is legible, free from alterations, and meets the following requirements:

Fine Jewelry
Gold (100% Pure Gold/ 24 Karat Gold/ 24K Gold):- A Test Report from a United States accredited lab that verifies the quality and purity of gold in the product.(Complete list of US accredited testing labs: API, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, Mutual Cornell, QIMA, SGS, TUV.)
- Letter of Authenticity or Certificate of Authenticity (COA) that proves the legitimacy of the product.
- Images of the product and/or packaging that displays the COO (Country of Origin proof).
- For natural diamonds 1 carat above, certificates must be from GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or AGS (America Gem Society). Diamond certifications from any other lab or institution will be rejected.
- For lab-created diamonds or artificial diamonds 1 carat and above, certificates must come from IGI (International Gem Institute) or GIA (Gemlogical Institute of America).

Additional Tips:Jewelry products must belong to the (L1 Category) Jewelry Accessories & Derivatives, unless a seller specifies that a jewelry product is "faux", "filled", "plated", "imitation", "artificial", or "costume jewelry".Artificial or imitation gemstones do not require documentation.Fine Jewelry that only contains Semiprecious Stones (including Jade, Topaz, Amethyst, Opal, etc.), Pearls (both authentic and imitation pearls), Platinum & Carat Gold (all other karats less than 24K gold), and Silver do not require documentation.
Use Quality Product Images

- All product images must accurately and clearly represent the product that is for sale.
- One image should be selected as the main product image (hero image). The main product image must show the front physical view of the product.
- Additional images must show the front, back, sides, and other details of the product, including product accessories, if any.
- Additional photos may also display key product features, usage scenarios, variations, styled scenes, close ups, and size or scale comparisons.



- Avoid product images using collages with four or more images.
- Avoid low-quality product images where the product is absent in the main product image.
- Avoid watermarks/mosaic/pixel blocks in product images that block key information of the product (product packaging, product brand/logo, product display, etc.).

- When uploading images of your product, ensure they cover the front, back, lid, and bottom of your product and its packaging.

- Avoid blurring, partially covering, or hiding brand names or logos on your products, any tags attached to them, or their packaging.
- Avoid shortening or misspelling brand names (e.g, Nke, Luis Vitton), adding or removing spaces in brand names (e.g., LouisVuitton), repeating characters in brand names (e.g., Gucciiii, Rolexx), or using numbers or symbols to replace letters in brand names (e.g., N1k3, D1or, @pple)
- Avoid product listings or promotional content that imply the sale of counterfeit products.

- Avoid listing any product that features a brand logo, slogan, symbol, design, expression, or monogram if you don't have the brand owner's consent or you aren't certain your supplier has obtained the brand owner's consent.
- Avoid promotional phrases like "inspired by X brand" when listing your products.
- Other descriptors include: similar to, as good as, same features as, it works the same as, duplicate of, smells like
- Avoid using brands in hashtags in the use of hashtag to increase traffic "#brand"
- Avoid listing any product whose selling point is its close similarity to an authentic brand product.

For Trademark Owners:
- Provide a legible trademark certificate officially registered and active in the United States.
- Submit accurate information including the trademark number, trademark name, application date, expiry date, classification, and trademark registrant.
If you're not the manufacturer of a product, review the following before listing it:
- Submit a Letter of Authorization directly from the brand owner, trademark registrant, or distributor.
- The Letter of Authorization must be within the validity period.
- The product's overall design, composition, and appearance
- Any logos, slogans, symbols, designs, expressions, or monograms on the product or its packaging
Keep Product Titles Concise And Relevant
Customers find products on TikTok Shop based on how well their search terms match product titles. To boost your products' visibility, follow these tips:- Keep it concise and clear: Product titles should be between 25-200 characters and accurately describe your product.
- Include key details: Add important information such as:
- Brand
- Product type
- Key features or characteristics
- Size or quantity, if applicable
- If there are multiple sizes or quantities available (e.g., XXS to 5XL or 6- to 12-pack), you can only mention the size and quantity of the product that appears in the first image (e.g., 6-Pack and A5 size). You must mention the remaining variations in the product description.

- Use correct grammar, punctuation, and complete sentences
- Use numerals: "2" instead of "two"
- Abbreviate measurements, such as "cm", "oz", "in", and "kg"
- Capitalize the first letter of each word except for prepositions (e.g. 'with', 'at', 'by', 'to', 'in', 'for', 'from', 'of'), conjunctions (and, or, for), or articles (the, a, an)
- Clearly state the quantity for multi-pack products, or products that contain more than a single item (e.g. '10 ct' or 'Pack of 10')
- If there are several quantities of multi-packs available (e.g., Pack of 6, Pack of 8, and Pack of 10), you can only mention the quantity that appears in the first image (e.g., Pack of 6). You can mention the other quantities in the product description.

- Avoid including your seller's name or URL.
- Avoid branding or references to "TikTok" (without authorization), or other e-commerce platforms.
- Avoid symbols, special characters (e.g., N!KE, Дpple, ~ ! * $ ? _ ~ { } # < > | * ; ^ ¬ ¦).
- Avoid ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Avoid marketing material, promotions, prices, sales, discounts or subjective comments that are not descriptive of the product itself (e.g., "Best Seller", "TikTok Exclusive", "20% off", "free shipping", "NEW RELEASE", "low stock", 100% satisfaction guaranteed", "Best Buy", "Freebie", "Giveaway").
- Avoid listing all product variations in the title (e.g., A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 available!, XXS-6XL all sizes).

- Product listings and images should follow correct grammar/ syntax, and not contain non-English text outside the product or its packaging.
- Size charts containing measurements of length, width, weight, volume, or area of a product, with units written in languages other than English should not be used.

- Avoid listing discriminatory products against individuals or communities, containing hatred, physical violence, offensive language or imagery.
