  1. Introduction

The Sample Points program (“Program”) is offered by TikTok Inc. (“TikTok”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By participating in the Program, eligible creators are awarded for redemption of eligible products (“Sample Points”), subject to these Program Terms and Conditions. These Programs Terms and Conditions is subject to, and incorporates by reference, TikTok Creator Campaign Terms, TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Shop Creator Terms of Use, the TikTok Community Guidelines, the TikTok Advertising Policies, and any applicable TikTok Shop policies and guidelines as updated or amended from time to time (collectively, “Online Terms”). The terms “you” and “your” throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to any eligible creator. 
  1. Eligibility:
    1. The Program is open to all content creators who are invited to participate and meet the specified criteria outlined below
      1. Participant must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to participate in the Program; and
      2. Participant is a qualifying TikTok Shop e-commerce creator
  2. Program Structure:
    1. Sample Points. Sample Points is promotional in nature and has no cash value and may not be transferred to another Participant or redeemed for cash under any circumstances. Sample Points may not be assigned, sold, transferred, and/or pledged by you to any third party. You have no legal rights or other property interests in Sample Points. You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to participation in the Program and redemption of any points.
b. Sample Points Availability, Allocation, and Claim.
i. The number of points available for redemption may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
ii. To claim the Sample Points offered during each Offer Period that the participant is invited to join, participant must make an initial redemption of an available sample product. Sample Points redemption is subject to availability and is allocated on a first come first served basis; availability of Sample Points may run out prior to the end of the Offer Period. Upon successful redemption, the remainder of the Sample Points (if applicable) will be available for Participant's use for the rest of the Offer Period.
c. Sample Points Expiration. After Participant has successfully claimed the Sample Points, the remaining balance of the Sample Points (if applicable) is valid for the duration of the Offer Period as provided to Participant in the invitation.
  1. Redemption of Points:
    1. Participants can redeem points for product samples or other rewards, as specified in the Program.
    2. The availability of products for redemption may be subject to change.
    3. Rewards cannot be combined with gift cards, coupons, or other promotions
    4. Participants may be required to cover shipping costs for the delivery of product samples.
    5. Participants can view their remaining points for the applicable Offer Period points in the “Sample Points program” module, which can be navigated from TikTok Shop for Creators > TikTok Shop toolkit > Manage samples.   2. Termination or Modification:
    1. TikTok reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes or modifications to TikTok Shop creator eligibility, or Points structure, with or without notice to you, even though the changes may impact your ability to achieve or redeem Sample Points.
    2. The Program has no determinable termination or end date and will continue until we make, at our sole discretion, the decision to terminate the Program. We will endeavor to provide advance notice if termination occurs.
  3. Compliance with Program Terms and Conditions and Guidelines:
a. Participants are expected to adhere to the content creation guidelines and terms outlined in the Program Terms and Conditions.
b. Violation of guidelines may result in the forfeiture of Sample Points and/or termination from the Program.
