Why to bind Lark?
What is Lark?
Lark is the official communication tool for TikTok Shop. In US, Lark can be viewed as a collaboration platform similar to Slack.It's also an advanced and efficient collaboration platform with integrated tools like instant messaging, video conferencing, and cloud documents. It can be used to set goals, streamline approval processes, and more.
Access the Seller Academy page. Click the "Seller community-Join Now" button. If you are not logged into Seller Center, you will be prompted to log in.

How to Complete the Binding?
Don't have a Lark account yet?
If you don't have a Lark account yet, please first download and install Lark on both your mobile and PC, then sign up for an "personal use" account.
In the App Store, search for “Lark”, or click the Link to download Lark.

Attention: lease make sure that yourLark account is either a personal use account or a business use account with primary administrator, as only these two types can be bound successfully. Otherwise, the binding will fail. You can refer to the screenshots below to confirm your account type.Tips: Primary administrators have all the permissions in the Lark Admin Console and can add or remove other primary administrators (except the founder). If your Lark account is either a personal use account or a business use account with primary administrator, we recommend you:
Solution 1: Sign-up for a new personal use Lark account. (Recommended)
Solution 2: Ask primary administrator or founder to add your account as primary administrator.

How to Check if the Binding is Successful?
You can confirm your binding status using either of the following methods:

After a successful binding, you will receive an automatic welcome message in Lark from 'Tikomate'.
Method2: Check for Email from the Official Team
Once the binding is successful, you will also receive an official email confirming the result.

You can refer to the following tips and examples of asking questions. Attention:Please do not share any personal sensitive information (for example, your driver’s license) publicly in the seller community to avoid information leakage. Such information should only be provided after adding an official manager or in your official small private groups.
