Key Points:As your orders grow, it becomes more important to spot risky activity early and take action quickly. TikTok Shop's Seller Security Center (SSC) offers a set of seller protection tools in Seller Center that helps you:

What is Seller Security Center (SSC)?
SSC is a seller protection hub designed to help you manage risk with clearer visibility and faster controls.It focuses on two areas:
- Platform Protection & Alerts: The platform detects suspicious activity and shows you relevant alerts and outcomes.
- Buyer Blocking: You can block certain buyers from placing new orders in your shop.
Platform Protection and Alerts
On your SSC dashboard, you will be able to see:- Risk alerts flagged by platform security policies.
- Confirmed fraud outcomes that are automatically blocked (for example, malicious refund attempts or abusive review behavior).
- High-risk orders and refund requests that are flagged for your review.
Security Alert Orders
Security Alert Orders are orders the platform determines may have a higher cancellation risk. When an order is tagged as a Security Alert Order, the platform may:- Flag the order with a risk tag in your dashboard.
- Allow you to cancel the order manually.
- Waive performance penalties for cancellations of tagged orders.

Risk Refunds
Risk refunds are return/refund requests the platform determines may be risky. When a request is tagged as a Risk refund, the platform may:- Flag the request with a risk tag in your dashboard.
- Allow you to reject the request.
- Waive performance penalties for your rejection.


Buyer Blocking
What happens when I block a buyer?
When you block a buyer:- The buyer cannot place new orders in your shop.
- The buyer can still:
- Message you about existing orders
- Request after-sales support for past orders
How do I block a buyer?
- Go to Seller Center → Account Health → Security Center → Block List

- Select the buyer's username.
- Find the username in your order details page.
- The system matches the username exactly. Double-check the username and avatar before confirming.


- Choose a blocking reason.
- Select why you're blocking this user. This helps the platform improve risk detection and protect sellers.
- Choose blocking scope.
- Block only this user ID (recommended if you only want to block that specific account).
- Block all linked user IDs (choose this if you want to block associated accounts as well).
- Choose blocking duration.
- 90 days or Permanent (select as needed).
Buyer Blocking Limits
- You can block up to 100 buyers per shop.
- You can add up to 10 new blocks per day.

How to access SSC?
In Seller Center, navigate to Account Health → Security Center.This feature is only available to select sellers. If this feature is available to you, you will receive an Email or Seller Center Message. We reserve the right to terminate your access to these features at any time in our sole and absolute discretion.
