If this feature is enabled, we will regularly generate shoppable photo and/or video content featuring your products, which will then be automatically posted from your selected TikTok account according to a set schedule. You may view, modify, and remove shoppable photo and/or video posts from the automatic posting schedule by going to LIVE and video > Auto-post. By using this tool:

• You understand and agree that this feature is provided solely for your convenience, and should not be relied on to provide any advice regarding your products;
• You agree to review and modify shoppable photo and/or video content before it is automatically posted to ensure that it is accurate, truthful, and complies with applicable platform policies;
• You affirm, represent, and warrant that your use of this feature and our processing of your product information (including product images, videos and descriptions and personal data of any individuals featured therein) through this feature do not violate any third party rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights), and that you have obtained all necessary written permissions, licenses, consents and releases from any individuals featured, ensuring that such individuals have been provided with relevant privacy notices and information regarding processing of their data; and
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, you are and will remain solely responsible for any usage of this feature and the content generated by this feature.
