ACE Framework

We continue to create tools and provide resources to help sellers keep scaling on TikTok Shop. In June 2025, we officially launched ACE Framework, our new growth framework centered around "Assortment, Content, and Empowerment". This framework will help you attract the right audience, spark discovery, and drive long-term success on TikTok Shop.

ACE Powered Insights

As part of the ACE Framework rollout, we are launching three new ACE-Powered areas through the month of November that provide you with a curated list of recommended actions based on your Shops analysis of Assortment, Content, and Empowerment performance.
Our first ACE-powered area is available today and highlights Growth Opportunities, which includes:
  • Personalized growth recommendations based on your store data, compared with benchmarks in your same product category among other comparison data
  • Clear, practical task recommendations that you can do one-by-one
  • Real examples of merchant success to help inspire new ideas and strategies
Since these benchmarked insights and recommendations are based on your store's data, a heads-up that you will need substantial sales history so the system can understand what will be most relevant to your growth.

"List an Existing Product" Improvements

Have you ever spent too much time manually creating new product listings? No more! We're excited to introduce the enhanced List an Existing Product tool. This feature is your solution for speeding up the listing process because it lets you instantly import existing, reliable product information from the vast TikTok Shop product library onto your listing page.

Virtual Bundles - Inventory Management Improvements

We recently launched an update to Virtual Bundles. You'll now see "virtual bundle" tags, related in-product messaging, and stock alerts to help you better manage your virtual bundle inventory. These features are designed to help you easily locate and manage the relationship between virtual bundles and the individual products included in the bundle (e.g. sub-SKU), reducing effort and supporting more efficient stock allocation.

TikTok Shop Logistics Reviews - Ratings Exclusion

To ensure your ratings accurately reflect your hard work, Seller Center now automatically includes a TikTok Shop Logistics Review Rating Exclusion for our sellers using Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) or TikTok Shipping partners. This update, live as of October 3rd, guarantees that logistics reviews caused by TikTok-related shipping outside of your control will not impact your Seller Center Product Rating or NRR. The ratings will still appear to shoppers, but the system will auto-respond to the review and the rating will be excluded from rating calculations.

For our agencies, the new Category Pro filters and tags help you quickly find and connect with creators who deliver high-conversion results or demonstrate high-potential in specific categories like Beauty, Fashion, and Tech. Access this feature by going to TikTok Shop Partner Center, clicking Creator management on the left-hand menu, then selecting Find Creators.

"TikTok Shipping" Default for New TikTok Shop Sellers

Starting November 6th, all new sellers joining TikTok Shop will automatically have upgraded TikTok Shipping set as their default shipping method.
What does this mean for you?
  • When you create your seller account and set up your warehouse, you will see upgraded TikTok Shipping automatically selected as your shipping option.
  • This upgraded shipping method uses trusted carriers like USPS, ensuring reliable, timely deliveries.
  • You can still review and adjust your shipping preferences in your account settings if needed.
Why are we making this change?Our goal is to maintain a fair, compliant, and high-quality shipping process by:
  • Streamlining shipping options to trusted, vetted providers.
  • Reducing risks related to unsupported carriers and policy violations.
  • Improving delivery reliability and transparency for your customers.

FedEx Home / Ground

We’re pleased to announce that upgraded TikTok Shipping will officially launch FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground Delivery services on October 23rd. These new services are designed specifically for orders with parcel weights exceeding 70lbs to enhance delivery efficiency and reliability.
Please carefully review the shipping label templates and the following handover guidelines before shipping -- select the correct FedEx service channel (Home Delivery or Ground Delivery), (if you are using an ERP system), update the corresponding shipping channel settings before the service effective date to ensure normal order processing, and hand off parcels to FedEx (Home or Ground Delivery) exactly as indicated on the label.

This feature empowers you to set dynamic commission rates based on a creator's sales performance. That means you can reward top-performing creators with higher commission tiers for hitting order volume milestones or even begin with high commission rates to kickstart content and sales for cold-start products. Shopify Promotion Sync + Settings

Your eligible Shopify promotions now automatically sync to TikTok Shop. That means you can stop duplicating work and trust that your promotions are aligned across platforms.
We know control is everything. That’s why we’ve also introduced granular sync settings in the new Marketing tab of your Shop Settings. You have total control over which promotions move to TikTok Shop.
