Product Recall Notices and Compliance

A product recall occurs when a product is identified as unsafe or non-compliant and must be removed from sale.
When a recall is identified, TikTok Shop may:

• Remove or deactivate affected listings
• Notify sellers if their products are impacted
• Cancel in-progress orders and notify customers
• Provide next steps to support resolution

These notifications do not replace your responsibilities. Sellers remain responsible for complying with all applicable recall requirements and regulations as outlined in the Product Recall Policy.
