Seller Eligibility

Shop Eligibility: The Basics

Your shop needs to be in good standing to participate. Here’s what we look for:
  • Newer Shops: If you don't have an SPS score yet, that's okay! We just check that you have fewer than 3 serious violations in the last 30 days.
  • Good Performance: Your Shop Performance Score (SPS) should be 3.5 or higher.
    • Platform Safety: Your shop must pass our standard safety and security checks. This includes having no flags for activities like creating fake orders.
    • Reliable Fulfillment: To participate, your Late Dispatch Rate over the last 30 days must be 20% or lower — meaning at least 10 of your recent orders are counted toward this. In short: ship your orders on time, and you're good to go.

How to Register and Check Your Status

Joining is easy! You can manage your campaign participation directly from Seller Center.
    1. Find Campaigns: Go to Seller Center > Marketing > Campaigns.
    2. Check Your Shop Status: On the Campaign Details page, you'll see if your shop is eligible to join. You can also visit the Shop Criteria page to see your current SPS.
    3. Register Your Products: On the Register Products page, you can add items to the campaign. The page will show you the status of each product (for example: Under review, Approved, Rejected, or Scheduled).

Listing & Product Requirements: What Can Be Sold?

Even if a seller is eligible, their individual products must also meet specific criteria to be included in the campaign. Your products also need to meet a few requirements to be included in the campaign:
    • Low Complaint Rate: Products should have a low customer complaint rate compared to others in their category.
    • Accurate Listings: Ensure your product descriptions, images, and videos are accurate and not misleading.
    • Compliant Content: All content associated with your product must follow TikTok Shop policies.
    • No Counterfeit or Other IP Issues: Products must be authentic and must not violate any intellectual property rights.
    • Ready for Sale: Products must be on-sale, in-stock, and ready to ship to customers

Why Was My Product Rejected or Removed?

Sometimes, a product might be rejected during registration or removed after the campaign starts. This is usually to protect the customer experience. Here are some common reasons this might happen and how you can fix them:
    Reason for Rejection/Removal
    What It Means
    How to Fix It
High Customer ComplaintsThe product has received a high number of complaints about its quality, description, or shipping.Review customer feedback on your Product Ratings page and address the issues. You might need to improve your product quality or update your listing to be more accurate.
Content Policy ViolationThe product's images, videos, or description violate TikTok Shop's content rules (e.g., it's offensive or makes disallowed claims).Edit your product listing to ensure all content is compliant with our policies.
Out of StockThe product has no available inventory.Update your stock levels in Seller Center as soon as you have more inventory.
Shop Holiday / Warehouse UnavailableYour shop is in "Holiday Mode" or your warehouse is set to unavailable, so you can't receive or ship orders.Turn off Holiday Mode in your account settings or work with your warehouse provider to make it active again.
Order Volume Limit (OVL)Your shop is under a temporary limit on the number of orders it can receive, usually due to past fulfillment issues.Check your Account Health page to understand the reason for the OVL and resolve the underlying issues.
Platform Risk or Account Health IssuesYour shop has been flagged by our systems for risk or account health concerns (for example, unusual order patterns or serious policy issues).Review your Account Health and policy notifications in Seller Center, fix any issues listed there, and continue operating normally. In some cases, you may need to wait for your status to be updated before you can rejoin campaigns.

Appeals & Escalations: What Can Be Appealed and How

If you believe your shop or product was removed from the campaign by mistake, you may have options.
    • Address the Issue & Reapply: The fastest way to resolve most issues is to fix the problem (like updating a listing or restocking a product) and then try to re-register it for the campaign.
    • File an Appeal: For some violations, you can file an appeal directly from your Account Health page in Seller Center.
    • No Online Appeal? For certain issues, such as risk-related reasons or some high-complaint cases, there may not be an online appeal option.
    • Contact Support: If you've reviewed your status, addressed any issues, and still need help, please contact our Seller Support team through Seller Center.
    What cannot be appealed
Many removal reasons, particularly those related to bottom-line policy violations or definitive risk signals, do not have a formal appeal process. Eligibility and removal criteria marked as "N/A" or "Not Supported" for appeals generally cannot be challenged. This includes many risk-based removals and severe policy breaches as determined by the platform in its sole discretion. Always refer to the official removal reason provided.

    Extensions

    • Regular orders for dispatch/auto-cancellations and/or delivery will be extended for 1 additional business day for local sellers and 1 additional calendar day for international sellers.
    • All other special order types will follow handling time as set by seller.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

    1. What is DFYD?DFYD stands for "Deals For You Days." It's a major TikTok Shop campaign focused on offering great deals to customers and driving sales for sellers.
    2. What are the campaign dates? The DFYD 2026 campaign runs from June 17 to July 2, PT.
    3. What's the minimum Shop Performance Score (SPS) I need? You need an SPS of 3.5 or higher. If you don't have an SPS score yet, you can still be eligible if you have fewer than 3 serious violations in the last 30 days.
    4. How do I check my eligibility? You can see your shop's eligibility status on the Campaign Details page in Seller Center. Your product eligibility is shown on the Register Products page.
    5. Why was my product rejected for "high complaints"?This means the product received significantly more negative feedback (e.g., low ratings, returns for quality issues) than other products in its category. Reviewing your Product Ratings page can help you understand the specific issues.
    6. My shop is on "Holiday Mode." Can I still join? No, you must turn off Holiday Mode to participate in the campaign, as this setting prevents you from accepting new orders.
    7. What does it mean if my shop has an "Order Volume Limit" (OVL)?An OVL is a temporary restriction on the number of orders your shop can receive. It's usually applied if there are concerns about your shop's ability to fulfill a large number of orders on time. You'll need to resolve the underlying performance issues to have it lifted.
    8. Can I get extra promotion if my shop performs really well?Yes! Shops with excellent performance, such as an SPS of 4.0 or higher, may be eligible for additional benefits and have their key products highlighted during the campaign.
    9. How often is my eligibility checked during the campaign? We monitor seller performance weekly. A drop in your SPS or new, serious violations can result in removal from the campaign to maintain a quality experience for buyers.
    10. I fixed the issue that got my product removed. Can I get it back in?In many cases, yes. Once you've resolved the issue (e.g., updated the listing, added stock), you can often re-register the product for the campaign through Seller Center.
    11. Where can I get help if I have more questions? If you can't find the answer in Seller Center or the TikTok Shop University, you can always reach out to our Seller Support team for assistance.
    12. I have a new product. How early should I set it up?We recommend creating the product listing in Seller Center at least two weeks before the campaign starts. This provides enough time for it to pass all system reviews.
    13. When will I hear back on my campaign application? Most applications are reviewed within 5–14 business days. You can track your status in Seller Center and see labels such as Under review, Approved, Rejected, or Scheduled on the campaign pages.
    14. Can I add or delete variations of registered products during the campaign? No. You cannot add or delete variations (for example, new colors or sizes) for a product once it is registered for a campaign. Make any variation changes before the campaign starts or after it ends.
    15. Where can I find my registered campaign products? You can see all products you've registered for DFYD in the Register Products section for that campaign, and in your campaign management views in Seller Center (for example, under your Manage your campaigns / Products lists).
    16. Do I need to register for content campaigns as well? No. You can join DFYD as a product campaign without joining a separate content campaign. Some content or creator campaigns may require that your products are already registered in a product campaign first.
    17. Why do some products show strike-through prices and others don't?Strike-through pricing only appears when your campaign sale price is lower than your regular retail price. If both prices are the same, the system will not show a strike-through.
    18. Why isn't my own promotion working on a DFYD product? Many self-promotion tools (such as extra discounts or flash deals) do not stack on top of DFYD campaign pricing. The campaign price usually applies first, and some additional promotions may be disabled for campaign items.
