What is simplified campaign registration?

Simplified registration is a streamlined feature designed to simplify participation in major promotional campaigns on TikTok Shop. Instead of registering for multiple separate sub-campaigns (like Flash Sale, Premium Offers, Clearance, etc.), sellers can now register through two main registration types: Standard Registration and Advanced Registration. This reduces registration time while providing clear benefits for each task level.

Key things to know:

  • Two Levels – The system offers Standard Registration (baseline campaign price with standard benefits) and Advanced Registration (deeper discount for high-exposure channels like Flash Sale, Premium Offers, Clearance).
  • Simplified Process – Instead of registering for 10-15 different campaign links, you can now register through just two main registrations that automatically sync your products to eligible sub-campaigns.
  • Shared Inventory – Sub-campaigns within the same registration share available stock, eliminating the need to manually move inventory between different campaigns.
  • Stock limit – The maximum number of units you allow to sell at your registered campaign price. This will not impact your available stock in other campaigns
  • Price Gradient Management – Advanced Registration prices must be less than or equal to Standard Registration prices to maintain proper price hierarchy.
  • Automatic Synchronization – When you register for one simplified registration, eligible products may be automatically enrolled in other sub-campaigns without changing your campaign price.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Pricing Requirements – Each simplified registration has specific price requirements:
    • Standard Registration: Baseline campaign price requirement
    • Advanced Registration: Deeper discount requirement (must be ≤ Standard Registration price)
  • Shop Performance Score: Your SPS must be 3.5 or higher. If you do not yet have an SPS, you may still be eligible.
  • Additional Criteria: May include GNE requirements, GMV MAX, and program participation.

How to register

Step 1: Access Campaign

Step 2: Review Options

  • Each parent campaign will display available registrations. Review both Standard Registration and Advanced Registration options to understand their benefits and requirements.
  • Standard Registration: Register at baseline campaign price to receive prioritized support to help improve campaign and sales performance.
  • Advanced Registration: Register a deeper discount to join high exposure channels (i.e. Flash Sale, Premium Offers, Clearance) and be scheduled for slotted times that unlock enhanced benefits. Set one advanced price to unlock multiple campaign types (e.g. Flash Sale, Premium Offer). Only one campaign will be applied at a time, based on where you are placed, and the platform will match you with the most suitable opportunity.

Step 3: Check Your Eligibility

  • Before registering, review the eligibility criteria for your shop and products. Click Review all criteria to see detailed requirements and recommended actions to improve eligibility.
  • The system will show real-time eligibility results with specific reasons for any ineligibility and suggested next steps.

You'll have three ways to register your products—choose the option that works best for you:

Step 5: Set Campaign Price & Stock Limit

  • Standard Registration: No separate stock limit required—all available stock can be sold at the campaign price.

  • Advanced Registration: Set a Stock Limit—the maximum number of units you allow to sell at your registered campaign price. This will not impact your available stock in other campaigns.

Step 6: Registration Successful

  • When registration is complete, you'll see a confirmation page.
  • Additionally, the system may recommend other relevant campaigns for you to join.

Step 7: Post-Registration Management

How to Manage Your Campaigns

In Seller Center, go to Marketing → Campaigns → Manage Your Campaigns. Find the parent campaign you registered for, then click Manage on the specific campaign.

Viewing Benefits & Schedule

Under the Campaign products tab, you can view:
  • Current and upcoming benefits for each product
  • Scheduled session times
  • Subsidized pricing details

Updating Prices

  • To edit prices, click Edit on the product. A pop-up will appear where you can update the campaign sale price.
  • Important: Price changes must maintain the gradient rule: Advanced Registration price ≤ Standard Registration price.
  • If you lower a Standard Registration price below the current Advanced Registration price, the system will automatically update both prices and notify you.

Managing Stock Limits

  • For Advanced Registration, you can increase your stock limit at any time.
  • Note: Stock limits can only be increased, not decreased. To reduce your stock limit, you'll need to withdraw the product and re-register before the campaign deadline.

Withdrawing from simplified campaigns

You can withdraw at different levels:
  • Withdraw a single product: Select the product and use the withdraw feature.
  • Withdraw from entire task: Use Bulk Withdraw to remove all products from the task at once.

Step 8: Invited Products & Recommendations

TikTok Shop may invite specific products to join campaign tasks. You'll see notifications in the Recommendations section under Campaign tasks.

When you click the Invitations section, you'll see all available invitations with details for each one. You can register invited products with one click using Register or use Bulk register for multiple products.
