This guide is intended for sellers on TikTok Shop who fulfill customer orders from their own premises on how to schedule either one-off or recurring package pickups with our partnered carriers.After you have purchased and printed shipping labels on the TikTok Shop Platform, you have two options to ship your order.
- Dropoff at the nearest convenient carrier location
- Schedule a carrier pickup at your warehouse or place of business
Find a Dropoff Point
If you would like to drop off your parcel, you can follow these instructions to locate the nearest convenient carrier location to you. Introduction
- Here is a guide on how to schedule either one-off or recurring package pickups from the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Individual one-off pickups can be scheduled by any user via www.usps.com and click on Mail & Ship > Schedule a Pickup. Seller can also schedule a pickup by calling 800-222-1811
- If a regular recurring pickup is needed (e.g. every Monday-Friday) – a Seller must first create a USPS.com account. This might be a good option since sellers will receive confirmation emails, and can schedule it out multiple days in the future, after creating a USPS.com account.
- For Missed pickups, the seller should contact their local Post Office.

Creating a USPS.com Account
(Required for scheduling recurring pickups)
- Navigate to USPS.com on your web browser.
- Click on the “Register/Sign In” button on the top right of the page.
- Click on the “Sign Up Now” button in the lower right of the page.
- Complete the form with the same business information used to register your TikTok Shop account. A new unique password is recommended.
Scheduling a USPS Pickup
- Ensure you are logged in to your USPS.com account and hover your mouse cursor over the “Send” tab. Click on “Schedule a Pickup”.
- If you are logged into your USPS account, your address will have automatically populated into the form. Confirm it is complete, and press “Check Availability”.
- Continue completing the form, selecting where your packages can be found. You will then have the option to have your USPS pickups be free of charge if they occur with your address’ regular mail delivery time -or- pay $25 per pickup for a time-specific collection.
- Select which days you want to have your USPS pickups on. Note – to schedule a recurring pickup you can click the “Recurring Pickup Tool” dropdown.
- Enter in your approximate daily orders, per service type, and estimate the total weight of all cartons being collected in a single day.
- You may utilize services that qualify for free daily pickup with your regular mail delivery.
- When done, press “Schedule a Pickup” at the bottom of the page.
- You will receive a confirmation email from the USPS if done correctly.
- **If you have issues with your pickups, please contact the USPS directly using your provided confirmation number.
It is recommended that you ask your carrier to scan each package at time of pickup.
- After each day of USPS Pickup, you should receive a confirmation email with the details of how many boxes were collected:
Managing your scheduled pickups
- Ensure you are logged in to your USPS.com account. You can manage any existing pickups you have scheduled (e.g. changing dates, cancellations, etc.) by clicking “Modify an Existing Pickup”.
- You will then see every future pickup. Click on “View Details” to make any needed changes.

Enter Pickup Information
This is the first step in creating your pickup request. We recommend you have your UPS Tracking Numbers handy prior to entering your pickup information. If you do not have the UPS Tracking Numbers for this pickup you will be required to re-enter your pickup information to complete your pickup request. Enter the information requested, noting the required fields indicated with a symbol. Select Next when the information is complete.Ask your carrier to scan each package at time of pickup. Scheduling a Pickup
You can arrange to have your shipment picked up at your home or office. To schedule your UPS pickup online, follow these steps:If you are logged into My UPS and you have an account saved in your Preferences:- Select Shipping in the area at the top.
- Select Schedule a Pickup in the area at the left.
- Indicate whether you have already obtained shipping labels or preprinted Return labels.
- Enter the required customer information or choose a name from your Address Book.
- Enter the number of letters and/or packages that need to be picked up for each service type.
- Select the date, time, and location for your pickup.
- Enter a phone number and an e-mail address for the contact person at your requested pickup location. This optional information will allow you to electronically communicate information about the shipment.
- Select Next to verify the details of your pickup request.
- Select Next to receive your pickup confirmation and a Pickup Request Number. Note: Please print this confirmation page for future reference. You will need the Pickup Request Number to cancel, modify, or track the status of your pickup.
- Select Shipping in the area at the top.

- Select a Payment Method from the drop-down menu.
- Indicate whether you have already obtained shipping labels or preprinted Return labels. Note: this information will not display for UPS Smart Pickup Accounts.
- Enter the required customer information or choose a name from your Address Book.

- Select the date, time, and location for your pickup.
- Enter a phone number and an e-mail address for the contact person at your requested pickup location. This optional information will allow you to electronically communicate information about the shipment.

- Select Next.
- Enter all payment information.
- Select Next to verify the details of your pickup request.
- Select Next to receive your pickup confirmation and a Pickup Request Number. Note: Please print this confirmation page for future reference. You will need the Pickup Request Number to cancel, modify, or track the status of your pickup.
How To Complete Pickup Date and Time Information
Select a Pickup Date to indicate when UPS should pick up from your location. Next, select the Earliest Pickup Time to let UPS know when your pickup will be ready.
