  1. Selecting Orders for Label Purchase:
    • Create shipping labels for orders awaiting processing on TikTok by selecting them individually or in bulk under "Manage Orders" > "To Ship">"Create Shipping Labels" button.
For example:
  • Step 1: Select order status "Awaiting shipment"
  • Step 2: Select"TikTok Shipping" order and select a particular SKU first.
  • Step 3: Select Order content "Single SKU"
  • If no shipping provider is available for the order, the system will display an error tag.

    1. What if my label is rejected?
    To create a shipping label, TikTok Shop must confirm the shipping information with the carrier. If the system confirms the shipping information from the carrier, labels are successfully generated. However, if an error code from the carrier is received, label creation cannot be completed.
    If we receive an error code, a "Label rejected" notice will be displayed for that order at the bottom of the page. Don't panic! We will show the reason for the error code and suggest ways to fix the problem. Once you’ve resolved the issue, you can click Recreate Label to continue the process.     Once you successfully address any issues with your failed labels and are ready to recreate or reprint them, you can do so on the Shipping Labels page, which supports bulk processing. The Shipping Labels page clearly shows your printing results and makes it easy to directly handle any issues, saving you a lot of time during fulfillment.
