A new Logistics module in Seller CenterSeller Center now includes a dedicated Logistics module, bringing together key logistics capabilities that were previously distributed across different sections.
This module provides a clearer structure for viewing logistics performance and managing fulfillment-related settings, while keeping your existing workflows unchanged.
What's included in the Logistics moduleThe Logistics module currently includes the following sections:

• Overview – A consolidated view of overall logistics performance and service types
• Fulfillment – Fulfillment-related configuration and management
• Shipping – Shipping fees, services, and delivery-related settings
• Warehouses – Warehouse setup and inventory-related logistics configuration
• Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) – TikTok-managed fulfillment services

Each section focuses on a specific aspect of logistics management, while working together as part of a unified logistics experience.
Rollout timelineStarting January 5, updates to the Logistics section will be rolled out gradually. The Overview page will be introduced as part of this update. Existing fulfillment and shipping workflows will remain unchanged during the rollout.

These metrics cover timeliness, stability, and delivery experience, allowing you to understand overall logistics performance before reviewing individual orders, identify areas that may require attention when performance changes, and reference a high-level view when selecting or adjusting logistics services.

In addition to performance metrics, the Overview page also provides a comparative view of different logistics service types, along with high-level process descriptions.
This section highlights key differences in fulfillment approach, process steps, and applicable scenarios, helping you evaluate logistics options and plan configurations accordingly.

The Order module remains focused on order and post-purchase operationsWhen managing orders, processing returns, or configuring post-purchase rules, you can continue to use the Order module. The following functions remain available in Order:

• Manage orders: No changes have been made.
• Manage returns: No changes have been made.
• Return settings: This section retains the cancellation and return & refund settings that were previously part of Fulfillment settings.
• Free shipping: This section retains the free shipping settings that were previously part of Shipping settings.
  

The way these features work remains unchanged, and all of your existing configurations will be fully preserved.
