Our analysis of the top 40 health industry sellers shows that those using FBT for more than 30% of their orders have an average delivery time of 83.65 hours, with 82.7% of orders delivered within 3 days.
Sellers using FBT for less than 30% of orders have a longer average delivery time of 139.72 hours, with only 43.3% delivered within 3 days. This clearly highlights how FBT speeds up logistics.

Creating your first Inbound order

Follow a simple 4 step guide to start your FBT journey: 1) Navigate to FBT Portal; 2) Set up which product you are going to send to FBT; 3) Create inbound shipments; 4) Send your inventory to FBT. All set!

   1. FBT portal can be accessed from Seller Center > Fulfilled by TikTok. Login is required.
   2. Or FBT Portal can be directly accessed from this link - https://scm-us.tiktok.com/home
2. Set up which product to send to FB
   1. We have already imported your SKUs from Seller Center to FBT Portal
   2. Go to FBT Portal -> Goods to fill in additional SKU details (barcodes, expiration date, etc)
   3. Refer to this link for additional guidance
3. Create your first inbound shipment
   1. Follow the Inbound preparation guide to create your first shipment with additional help content
4. Send your inventory to FBT and start tracking！
   1. Follow FBT Portal > Inbound > Inbound orders, book delivery appointments with FBT if inventory is sent in pallets, or fill in tracking ID to gain more visibility if inventory is sent in small parcels
