Background

To improve overall fulfillment speed on TikTok Shop and enhance the shoppers experience, TikTok Shop will continue to encourage sellers to increase the volume of orders fulfilled through Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) in 2026.
The core structure of this Incentive Program is as follows: using the seller’s delivered FBT units in February 2026 as the baseline, if the seller’s delivered FBT units in any calendar month from April through September 2026 increase by 600 units or more compared with the baseline, the seller will be eligible to receive a reimbursement equal to 10% of the FBT fulfillment fees for the eligible incremental units in that calendar month, capped at USD $1.00 per unit.

Incentive Period

The Incentive Event Period is from 04/01/2026 12:00:00 AM to 09/30/2026 11:59:59 PM (PST), and will be calculated on a calendar-month basis, including:

April
May
June
July
August
September

Each calendar month will be calculated separately. No cross-month accumulation or carryover to the following month will apply.

Eligible Participants

The seller’s shop(s) must satisfy all of the following basic requirements:

The shop has completed FBT onboarding and is able to use FBT services normally; and
The shop completes registration as required:
- Registration Path: go to Seller Center → Growth -> Growth Opportunities → For You Tab-> find the mission named “Registration for the 2026 April to September FBT Incentive Program“ → Click “the mission banner” → Enter the mission page and read through the incentive instructions -> click “Register
If a seller has multiple shops, each shop must complete registration.
- If a seller successfully registers on any day from April through September 2026, all eligible delivered FBT units for the full calendar month in which the registration date falls can be included in the incentive calculation.

Incentive Rules

Incentive Threshold

Using the total number of units delivered in the seller’s FBT orders during February 2026 as the baseline, the seller must increase delivered FBT units by at least 600 units in any calendar month from April 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, compared with the baseline.

How to check shop's baseline units: please refer to FAQ 3.
Definition of delivered FBT units: This refers to the units included in orders fulfilled through FBT and delivered within the applicable calendar month. The determination is based on the final package status, meaning the package must reach Delivered status, and the Delivered timestamp must fall within calendar month covered under this Incentive. Example: if an order is shipped in March but the corresponding package is delivered in April, the units in that package will be counted toward the April incentive. If an order is shipped in September but the corresponding package is not delivered until October, the relevant units will not be counted toward this Incentive Program.

Incentive Rate

For sellers who meet the above incentive threshold, TikTok Shop will provide a 10% reimbursement of the fulfillment fee based on the standard FBT fulfillment fee rate card corresponding to the seller’s incremental units for that month compared with the baseline, capped at USD $1.00 per unit.

Example 1: A seller has 200 delivered FBT units in the full month of February 2026. The seller registers for the Incentive Program on April 10, 2026, and the seller’s total delivered FBT units for the full month of April 2026 are 1,000 units. Comparing the full month of April against the baseline month of February, the seller has 800 incremental delivered FBT units.
- Whether the seller meets the incentive threshold: because the incremental units are greater than or equal to the 600-unit threshold, the seller satisfies the incentive threshold for April.
- How much the seller may receive: the seller will receive a 10% reimbursement of fulfillment fees for that month based on the total standard listed fee-card amount corresponding to the 800 incremental delivered FBT units in April versus February.
Example 2: A seller onboards to FBT on April 10, 2026, registers for the Incentive Program on April 20, 2026, and the seller’s total delivered FBT units for the full month of April 2026 are 600 units. Comparing the full month of April against the baseline month of February (0 units), the seller has 600 incremental delivered FBT units.
- Whether the seller meets the incentive threshold: because the incremental units are greater than or equal to the 600-unit threshold, the seller satisfies the incentive threshold for April.
- How much the seller may receive: the seller will receive a 10% reimbursement of fulfillment fees for that month based on the total standard listed fee-card amount corresponding to the 600 incremental delivered FBT units in April versus February.

Other Limitations

The reimbursement applies only to fulfillment fees and does not include inbound fees, storage fees, outbound fees, value-added service fees such as MCF, inbound exception fees, or any other fees.
The 10% is calculated based on the standard FBT fulfillment fee rate card . If the seller is also entitled to other FBT fulfillment fee reductions or discounts (such as SIOC-Ship in Original Container ), the total incentive amount ultimately applied to that unit must not exceed the actual fulfillment fee paid by the seller for that unit. If the fulfillment fee rate changes during the incentive period, for orders delivered after the new fulfillment fee rate becomes effective, the 10% off is applied to the new fulfillment fee rate card.
Each shop may receive incentives for up to 600,000 units per month. Any units in excess of this cap will not be included in the incentive calculation for that month and will not roll over to the following month
If multiple TikTok Shop shops are operated under the same seller/entity, the relevant calculations for this Incentive Program will be performed separately at the shop level.
If any suspected fraud, fake orders, rule circumvention, or similar misconduct is identified, TikTok Shop reserves the right to disqualify the seller from participating in the Incentive Program and withhold any incentive payment.

Settlement

Settlement Frequency

The incentive will be settled on a monthly basis and issued in the following month or the month thereafter, subject to TikTok Shop’s actual payment timeline.
- April incentive: expected to be issued in June
- May incentive: expected to be issued in July
- and so on for the following months
If the seller satisfies the requirements for a given month, only the applicable units for that month will be eligible for the incentive. If the seller does not satisfy the requirements for a given month, no make-up calculation or retroactive adjustment will apply.
For eligible months, all eligible incremental units in that month will be included in the incentive calculation, starting from the first incremental unit.

Issuance Method

The incentive will be settled through deductions or credits applied to the logistics-side billing statement.
The fulfillment fee offset will be reflected in the bill for the month in which the settlement is actually executed, with the relevant line item displayed as “FBT overall subsidy.” For example, if the April incentive is settled in June, the corresponding subsidy will be reflected in the June bill
TikTok Shop reserves the right to change the settlement method based on actual circumstances.

FAQ

Q1: How are incentive eligible units calculated?

Incentive Eligible Units refers to the portion of delivered FBT units in an incentive month that exceeds the seller’s baseline FBT units for February 2026. For example, if a seller’s delivered FBT units in February 2026 are 200, and the seller’s delivered FBT units in April are 1,000, then after satisfying the threshold requirement (incremental units ≥ 600), all incremental units (1,000 - 200 = 800 units) may be included in the incentive calculation.

Q2: If a seller had no FBT units in February 2026, can the seller still participate?

Yes. If the baseline FBT units are 0, then the threshold FBT units will be 600. Once the seller’s delivered FBT units in a given month reach 600 units or more, all eligible incremental units in that month may be included in the incentive calculation.

Q3: How can the seller check and calculate the Baseline FBT units?

The seller can go to Seller Center → Orders → Manage Orders → Completed → Download, then filter fulfillment type = FBT and delivered time = February 2026, and aggregate the relevant unit field (Quantify - SKU sold quantity in the order).

Q4: How can the seller check the current monthly unit volume?

Seller Center → Orders → Manage Orders → Completed → Download, then filter fulfillment type = FBT and delivered time = the month to be checked, and aggregate the relevant unit field (Quantity - SKU sold quantity in the order).

Q5: If a seller does not meet the threshold in April 2026 but does meet it in May 2026, can the seller receive the April incentive retroactively?

No. Each calendar month is calculated separately. There is no cross-month accumulation and no retroactive make-up payment.

Q6: If a seller has multiple shops, are they calculated separately or aggregated?

They are calculated separately at the shop level. Each shop must independently satisfy the applicable incentive requirements.

Q7: If a seller is already receiving other logistics-side fee reductions, can the seller still receive this incentive? How are stacked incentives calculated?

A seller may be eligible for multiple incentives at the same time. This incentive is calculated independently based on the standard fulfillment fee rate; however, the total reduction amount applied to a unit must not exceed the actual fulfillment fee paid by the seller for that unit.

For example, if a seller qualifies for two fulfillment-fee incentive programs in April:

Incentive 1: for each eligible unit, the platform provides a reimbursement of $0.40 per unit;
This incentive Program: for each eligible unit, the platform provides a reimbursement equal to 10% of the standard listed fulfillment fee. Assuming the standard listed fulfillment fee is $5.00 per unit, the reimbursement under this Incentive Program would be $0.50 per unit.

In this case, the seller’s total reimbursement per unit would be:

$0.40 + ($5.00 × 10%) = $0.90 per unit.

Q8: Can a seller join the incentive Program at any time during the April to September incentive Program period?

Yes. A seller may complete registration at any time between April to September. Once registered, the seller may participate in the incentive calculation starting from the calendar month in which the registration is completed.

Whether the seller may receive the incentive for that month will still depend on whether: the seller has an FBT account in that month; and the seller’s monthly delivered FBT units exceed the February baseline by 600 units or more.

In principle, if a seller completes registration in a given month, the seller may be eligible for the incentive for that full calendar month, provided the applicable requirements are met. This applies whether:

The seller had already onboarded to FBT before registering;
The seller registers first and onboards to FBT in a later month, in which case eligibility starts from the onboarding month; or
The seller registers first and onboards to FBT later in the same month, in which case that month may still be eligible if the requirements are met.
