Amazon MCF Setup Guide

Principle of Using Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF)

• Sellers fulfilling orders via Amazon MCF may continue to do so via Seller Shipping without creating an Amazon MCF warehouse. No workflow changes are required at this time.
• For sellers that do not have access to Seller Shipping, you must set-up an MCF warehouse if you want to fulfill orders using MCF.
• Each shop can designate up to three MCF warehouses. TikTok Shop will validate that tracking numbers come from MCF, but will allow up to five non-MCF tracking numbers to account for occasional warehouse configuration errors.

Step 1: Setting & Fulfillment Guidance

1. Set your MCF warehouse

Go to Seller Center -> Logistics - > Warehouses
You can add a new warehouse or edit the existing warehouses
You can find the MCF feature at the bottom left corner of the warehouse address edit page.
Amazon MCF uses multiple fulfillment centers. Select one central warehouse address, such as: Amazon Fulfillment Center CMH2 – 6050 Gateway Ct, Groveport, OH 43125.
Please noteOnce a warehouse is designated as an Amazon MCF warehouse, all inventory associated with this warehouse will be treated as Amazon MCF inventory by default. The warehouse will be exclusively used for fulfilling Amazon MCF orders, and this action is irreversible.Please choose & save it after careful review.

Step 2: Manage Stock In Multiple Warehouses

• Go to Products > Manage Products
• Click Edit to your selected multi-warehouse product.
• Scroll down to Variant List field, tick on the Add to multiple warehouse checkbox. Please pay attention to the pop up message.
• Once you click on "Add to multiple warehouse ", it means the product will be located in more than one warehouse. You are then you are able to edit the multi-warehouse stock, but the button cannot be turned off once you've activated it.

Important: After multiple warehouse modes have been enabled and the product published, multiple warehouse modes cannot be disabled.

• Add a new warehouse and stock of this product, the total quantity will be calculated automatically. Repeat this step if you want to add stock in other warehouses.
  

Before registering as a multi-warehouse productAfter registering as a multi-warehouse product

• After submitting, please remember to click Update in Edit Product Page.
  
• After the product has been registered as a multi-warehouse product, the product will have a "Multi-WH" Tag.
  
• To manage multi-warehouse stock for products that have a "Multi-WH" tag, you can directly click the stock figure, then edit the quantity for each warehouse.

Please note: If the same product is set up in both Amazon MCF warehouses and TikTok Shipping/CBT warehouses, orders will be automatically fulfilled from the warehouse and fulfillment mode based on where available inventory is and what location is closest to the customer.

Step 3: Fulfill Orders via Amazon MCF

If you manage orders manually in Seller Center, you can upload MCF-generated tracking numbers by selecting Amazon Shipping + Amazon MCF as the shipping/ logistics provider.
If using an App or API, your ISV will continue setting Amazon as the shipping provider ID and passing the MCF tracking number. No workflow changes are required. Tracking will sync automatically between MCF and TikTok Shop. Learn more about Amazon Multichannel Apps in this article.
Please note

• If five or more incorrect tracking numbers are uploaded for orders generated from an Amazon MCF warehouse, the system will automatically identify this as a violation and deactivate the corresponding MCF warehouse.
• Inventory stored in a deactivated warehouse will be locked and can no longer be used to fulfill new TikTok Shop orders.
• Violations are counted at package level. If an order with a non-MCF tracking number is split into N parcels, it will be recorded as N violations.

Step 4: MCF Return Handling

Please update your return settings and set correct return address.
Go to Seller Center -> Logistics - > Warehouses
You can add a new return warehouse or edit the existing return warehouse.
Please noteDo not input an Amazon warehouse to process your returns of MCF orders on TikTok Shop.Amazon processes return dynamically through many warehouses, so it is not possible to put one MCF warehouse address as your returns warehouse in TikTok Shop. Please enter a seller-controlled return address and process returns manually with MCF if desired.
