Launched on December 8, 2025 for U.S. L2L and CB creator service partner, this update boosts your exposure to creators and improves lead quality. Key changes include new high-traffic entry points on the Creator EC Center, Silver-tier+ creator eligibility for collaboration requests, and upgraded lead management tools in TTSPC, helping you connect with more qualified creators and convert leads faster.

• Get more creator exposure: New high-traffic entrypoints on the EC Center let you reach more potential creator collaborators.
• Receive higher-quality leads: Only Silver-tier+ creators (30-day LIVE GMV ≥ $1k) can submit formal collaboration requests, reducing low-quality inquiries and improving conversion chances.
• Manage leads more efficiently: New filters (creator tier, follower size) and the ability to mark IM conversations as leads let you prioritize, track, and organize opportunities easily, saving time on follow-ups.
  

Step by Step Guide

New EC Center Exposure (No Action Needed)

• The "Top LIVE Partner" feature is now added as a VIP benefit for Silver-tier+ creators on the EC Center. This gives your profile new high-traffic entrypoints, where eligible creators can directly find and connect with you.
  

Creator Collaboration Eligibility (No Action Needed)

• Eligible Creators (Silver-tier+): Can send formal "Request to Collaborate" submissions, which will appear in your TTSPC Leads Pool.
• Ineligible Creators (Bronze-tier/Non-tiered): Cannot send formal requests. Instead, they’ll see a message explaining the eligibility requirement and an option to chat with you via IM. These conversations won’t appear in your Leads Pool unless you mark them as leads (see next step).

Use Upgraded Lead Management Tools in TTSPC

Mark IM as Leads

• When chatting with a creator via TTSPC IM, go to their profile.
• Click "Add to leads" (changes to "Remove from leads" once marked) to add them to your Leads Pool.
• Leads marked from IM will show basic info (name, request time, status) but no licensed data. Unmarking a lead will send you a notification that it’s removed from the pool.

Manage Your Leads Pool

• Path: Log in to TTSPC > Seller Management > Seller leads pool
• New filters:
  • Creator level: Multi-select tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond) to focus on specific creator levels. Tier data refreshes on the 2nd day of each month.
  • Follower count: Select predefined ranges (0–10K, 10K–100K, 100K–1M, 1M–10M, 10M+) or manually enter values. Data refreshes daily.
  • Lead Source: See if a lead comes from "Collaboration request" (formal submission) or "Instant message" (marked by you).
    

Note: Creator data authorization expires after 7 days for formal collaboration requests, so you should act promptly to follow up.
