Step 1

Enter LIVE Sales page Click the 'Product' icon on the Go LIVE page to enter the LIVE Shopping page. Newly added 'Script' tab will display script suggestions based on the products added to LIVE Product.

Step 2

Add product to LIVE Sales & View Script Suggestions
  • Click the 'Add product' button to select products to promote for LIVE session. Product quantity should be more than 1 to activate the script suggestion on the 'Product introduction'.
View auto-generated script suggestions under 'Script' tab, from 3 different sections of 'Opening remark', 'Product introduction', 'Closing remarks'

Step 3

Edit or refresh Script suggestion
  • Scroll down to find the 'edit' icon button on the bottom right corner, adjust the script content to your talking style.
By clicking the refresh button, there will be new script generated under each section. Be aware when you're clicking refresh, the content you edited and customized will be lost.

Step 4

Copy the talking points from script suggestion, confirm the setup and go LIVE
  • While you are in the 'edit' mode, you can copy the content in the script suggestion, and save it on your mobile device.
  • After you've confirmed the products to showcase in Livestream, copy the script suggestions
Currently, script suggestions can only be shown in the Pre-Live phase while you setup. Once you start Go Live, the script won't be displayed in real-time. To use the suggestions during LIVE, please save it to your device and refer to it during stream.
