• Where can I view the logistics options applicable to my store?
  • Log in to Seller Center and navigate to Logistics > Shipping to review all available logistics options.
• Can I continue to use the Seller Shipping?
  • Yes, you may use the Seller Shipping if you are currently eligible. Sellers using Seller Shipping are required to comply with the platform's governance rules.
• If I want to join Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT), how should I proceed?
  • FBT now supports most sellers with no minimum requirement. You can log in to Seller Center and apply for self-service onboarding to FBT. You can see the guidance in the link.
• Can I use both the FBT warehouse and my own warehouse for fulfillment simultaneously?
  • Yes, you can use both the FBT warehouse and your own warehouse for order fulfillment simultaneously. When an order is generated and there is inventory available in both locations, FBT inventory will be used first. After the FBT inventory is used up, the order will be fulfilled through your own warehouse inventory.
• How to send inventory to the FBT warehouse after onboarding?
  • FBT offers two warehousing options: You can ship your products to the East or West Hub Warehouse, which will distribute them to fulfillment centers across the U.S. (applicable storage and shelving fees apply). Alternatively, you can create an inbound order and ship your products directly to the designated fulfillment center, with the warehouse address provided in the system.
• What is the storage capacity limit of FBT, and can it be increased?
  • Each FBT account is allocated certain storage capacity, determined by the system based on the store’s sell-through and product volume. In most cases, for most sellers, this space is enough to store their products.
  • If you are unable to create an inbound order due to “insufficient available storage capacity,” you can submit a request to increase your storage capacity through the system.
• Does FBT support shared inventory across stores?
  • Yes, FBT allows different stores to share the same inventory if these stores are selling the same physical product. For step-by-step instructions and detailed rules, please see the link .
• How can I start using TikTok Shipping (Standard Delivery & CBT) ?
  • You can join TikTok Shipping by completing a very simple registration process. Please refer to the enrollment guide.
• TikTok Shipping Standard Delivery vs. CBT— What’s the difference?
  • Standard Delivery
    • You ship products from your own warehouse or a third-party warehouse.
    • You handle preparing and sending the package to shoppers.
    • This service is available all across the US.
  • CBT
    • CBT has better rates than Standard Delivery.
    • TikTok Shop provides free pick-up of your packages from your location every day.
    • Pick-up service only available in selected regions.
    • Includes delivery to shoppers after Pick-up from your location, so you don’t have to arrange shipping yourself.
• If I have two warehouses, one using CBT and the other using Standard Delivery, how are the shipping and settlement prices determined?
  • TikTok Shop will automatically determine the shipping warehouse based on inventory availability. The warehouse with available stock will be prioritized. If both warehouses have inventory, TikTok Shop will choose the one closest to the shopper.
    • If the order ships from the CBT warehouse, the CBT rate will apply.
    • If it ships from the Standard Delivery warehouse, the Standard Delivery rate will be used for settlement.
• If I use TikTok Shipping, can I set my own shopper shipping fee?
  • Yes, you can set up customized shipping fee templates on TikTok Shop.
• If I use TikTok Shipping, how are shipping fees calculated based on order weight and dimensions?
  • Shipping fees for TikTok Shipping are calculated based on the greater of the product’s volumetric weight (also known as dimensional weight) and actual weight, as you maintained in seller center. You are required to ensure that product dimensions and weight are accurate.
