What is CBT Time-Limited Promotion?

To encourage sellers to use CBT service, TikTok Shop will offer a time-limited promotional program. Eligible sellers can receive a $0.5 discount per package in Zone 1–4 on top of the existing CBT logistics service rate card, reducing logistics costs.

Promotion Highlights

• High discount: A discount of $0.5 per package to directly reduce logistics costs
• Discount first, review later: First issue the discount, then review whether the shop or a group of shops can continue to participate in the promotion.
• Direct discount: Discounts are applied directly during logistics fee settlement, improving cash flow flexibility
• Shop consolidation: For a group of shops on TikTok Shop that are certified to be operated by affiliated entities, order volume can be consolidated across shops which makes it easier to achieve the promotion threshold.

Promotion begins on April 1, 2026, 12:00 AM PST, ends on September 30, 2026, 23:59:59 PST. (the "Promotion period")

Application Requirements

Application Requirements (First-time Application)

• Seller type: All sellers using CBT, Seller Shipping and TikTok Shipping are eligible to apply.
• Package volume requirement: In the past 15 days, the average daily number of packages created at the level of a single shop or shop group must be ≥ 200 orders, including CBT, TikTok Shipping, and Seller Shipping models. (Shop group definition: For a group of shops on TikTok Shop that are certified to be operated by affiliated entities)
• Application method: Please fill out the following table for consultation and registration. 2026年US CBT限时优惠活动/2026 US CBT Time-Limited Promotion After the registration application is approved, you can enjoy the time-limited discount. Shops or a group of shops with an average daily CBT package creation volume of ≥200 orders are eligible to enjoy the time-limited discount without application.

Promotion Standards

• Discount Amount: $0.5 per package in Zones 1–4.
• Order Eligibility: Only applicable to CBT delivery service orders within the discount period.
• Billing node for seller rate card: Based on the final package status (Delivered, returned_to_shipper, package_completed)
  • Note: Not based on the package creation time
• Discount method: Issued at the time of logistics fee settlement;

Promotion Operation Mechanism

Monthly Operation Standards

• Eligibility review period: Reviews are conducted in two cycles every month. Every 16th of the month, TikTok Shipping team will review sellers' CBT volume created from 1st to 15th of the month. Every 1st of the next month, TikTok Shipping team will review sellers' CBT volume created from 16th to the last day of the month
• Package volume assessment: Package volume is assessed at either the single shop level or shop group level.

Package Volume Thresholds

Benefits for new CBT sellers:

• If the period from the joining date to the next review period is ≥2 weeks, achieving 200 orders on any day during this period meets the requirement
• If the period from the joining date to the next review period is <2 weeks, the review period will be extended to the next review period

Policy for existing CBT sellers:

• Sellers with average daily CBT package <200 enjoy the same review period as new CBT sellers
• Sellers with average daily CBT orders ≥200, we will start to review package volume starting from April 1st.

FAQ

How can sellers participate in the 2026 US CBT Time-Limited Promotion for the CBT Delivery Service?

To join the time-limited CBT Delivery Service promotion, sellers need to fill out a table to express interest. Once approved, the discount will be applied. Shops (or shop groups) with an average of at least 200 CBT packages created per day are automatically eligible and can enjoy the promotion without completing the table. If a seller has multiple shops, should they be calculated separately or combined?

Consolidate and calculate by shop group level, but the certification of TikTok Shop's shop groups under the same seller must be completed. Please reach out to your AM to apply for certification.

Are promotional activities calculated based on number of orders or packages?

This promotional activity is calculated based on the quantity of eligible CBT packages.

How can sellers check if the daily average number of CBT packages per month has reached 200?

On the order management page of Seller Center, you can export the average daily number of CBT packages created within the assessment period.

How can sellers check if they get discounts or not?

CBT discounts are settled once packages reach final package status (Delivered, returned_to_shipper, package_completed). Sellers can navigate to Finances-->Financial summary-->Overview-->Statements-->View by orders to check discounted shipping fees.
