Special Call Out

• Ground Economy packages must be handed over to FedEx, not USPS. Even if the label displays a USPS tracking number at the bottom.
  
• For TikTok Shipping, FedEx provides a pickup service. If you don’t already have a FedEx account, please register for one. Once your account is active, you can simply include your new TikTok packages with your regular pickups.
• Minimum Pickup Requirement: A minimum of 25 packages per location is required for pickup. However, if you are already using FedEx pickup services, you may combine TikTok orders with your existing shipments. There is no need to meet the 25-package threshold.

Packing & Labeling

• Ensure all packages are correctly labeled with shipping labels and meet TikTok’s best practice requirements for order packaging. Please also refer to FedEx’s instructions.
• Hazardous Materials & Dangerous Goods ：Please follow all TikTok and FedEx policies when shipping hazardous materials. If you plan to ship any dangerous goods, you must notify FedEx in advance.
  • Continue to comply with TikTok Shop’s labeling requirements for hazardous goods.

Pickup

• Have Packages Ready on Time: Place all packages in an easily accessible location to ensure a smooth and efficient handoff.
• Minimum Pickup Requirement: A minimum of 25 packages per location is required for pickup. However, if you are already using FedEx pickup services, you may combine TikTok orders with your existing shipments. There is no need to meet the 25-package threshold.
• Pickup Instructions:

1. No: You’ll need to create a FedEx account and follow the steps provided in the Create your FedEx account. Please note that pickup fees may apply, please refer to the table and appendix below for details.
2. Yes: You can use your existing FedEx pickup service and simply add your new TikTok packages to the current pickup.

Drop-off Process

• Sellers must request shipping labels from TikTok.
• Use Find FedEx locations - United States to find the nearest FedEx pickup or drop-off location and choose a convenient drop-off point.
• A maximum of 25 packages can be dropped off per visit.
• All packages must be properly packed and labeled before drop-off.
