This feature adds an auto-generated video to your Product Detail Page (PDP) image carousel. The videos are generated using your uploaded product and SKU images, along with other product details such as title, attributes, and descriptions. Rather than emphasizing promotional messaging, these videos are designed to convey clear product description and key characteristics.

What are the benefits?

Effortless professional production: Videos are automatically created, ensuring all eligible listings have high-quality, professional content without extra effort
Boost shopper confidence: Answer questions before they even ask, since Auto Generated Product Videos highlight key features with visual effects, giving customers a richer view of your products.
Keep attention: Auto-Generated Product Videos will be visible as the first or second frame, keeping shoppers on your page longer, decreasing bounce rates, and increasing the likelihood of "Add to Cart"

How do I use this feature?

At this time, the feature is available only to a select group of eligible sellers and products. If you are eligible, you may begin to see this feature appear on your qualifying product listings.
The feature is automatic, so you may begin to see auto-generated videos appear on the PDPs of qualified product listings. All videos will go through automated moderation checks to ensure they meet platform safety, quality, and content standards before being shown to shoppers.

FAQs

• How are these AIGC videos generated? These videos are generated using an AI model that transforms existing product information from PDP (e.g., images, attributes, and description) into short videos with visual effects (e.g., rotation, zoom, and pan) and text.
• Is this the same as the Image-to-Video feature (formerly known as AI Fashion Video Maker)? No, these are two separate features. The Image-to-Video feature helps sellers quickly create short, shoppable e-commerce videos for the TikTok feed, where products are anchored and viewers can shop directly from the video. Auto-Generated Product Videos, on the other hand, are created automatically for eligible products and appear directly on the Product Detail Page (PDP), within the image carousel alongside other product images.
• Am I able to remove or edit the video after it is generated and visible on my Product page? No, you will have to contact your Account Manager to opt-out of the feature. Once that is finalized, your Product Detail Pages will revert to their original state and not show the Auto Generated Product Videos.
• Can I review the video before it is live on my Product Detail Page? Not at this time. The video will be auto-generated based on your product detail page and product description. Once approved, it will automatically post to your Product Detail Page.
• What if I only want Auto Generated Product Videos for some of my products? You are able to opt-out of this feature at the product-level. Whether you want to opt-out of this feature for all or some of your products, please contact your Account Manager or Support for further assistance.
• Where will this video be visible? Once the video is available, it will be shown as the first or second frame in your Product Detail Page carousel.
• How can I be sure these Auto-Generated Videos will match my Brand? The Auto Generated Videos will be tailored to match each product category. For example, the background instrumental background music and narration may be more energetic for products in the Sports category vs a more calm or tranquil approach for products in the Home category.
• Will my video have audio? Yes, these auto-generated videos will have background music and human illustrations.
• What will be the dimensions of the generated video? These AI-generated videos follow the same aspect ratio and dimensions as the product images in the PDP header image carousel to ensure a consistent visual experience.
• Will shoppers know that these videos are AI-generated? Yes, all AI-generated videos will be clearly labeled as "AI-generated", so customers are aware of their origin.
• Is there a moderation system or quality review process in place for these AIGC videos? Yes, all AI-generated videos go through automated moderation checks to ensure they meet platform safety, quality, and content standards before being shown to customers.
• Will these Auto-Generated Product Videos replace my uploaded product videos? No, Auto-Generated Product Videos will not replace videos you upload yourself. Any videos you upload will continue to appear on the PDP and will remain in the last position of the header image carousel.
• Do I need to do anything to opt into this feature? No action is required. Eligible sellers' product listings will automatically be included unless you choose to opt out.
• Can I opt out of this feature? If so, how? Yes, if you are enrolled, then you can opt out of having Auto-Generated Product Videos shown on your PDP by contacting your Account Managers or the seller support team. Changes may take some time to reflect on the PDP.
