What is Chat coupon?

Chat coupons allow you to create a private coupon for a specific user. You can generate Chat Coupons via the Promotional Tools section in TTS Seller Center, and use the chat tool as the channel to share them directly with your customers. When you use the chat tool to communicate with your customers, you can send the coupon in the chat directly

The benefits of using Chat Coupon

You can share coupons specifically for a customer, and can promote conversion when there are customers who are currently inquiring or need a push to finish the order.

How to create a Chat Coupon promotion?

Step 1 : Entrance

Seller Center > Marketing> Promotions > Chat Coupon > Create

Step 2: Enter promotion information

Basic Information
  • Coupon Name: Enter coupon name, max. 50 characters.
  • Claim Period: Select the date range and time of the promotion.
  • Display Channel will not be changeable and will be fixed as Inboximage.png
Coupon Settings
  • Coupon settings will be as customizable as regular coupon creation.
  • Discount rate: Starting September 30th, 2024, the range will be adjusted to 5% to 99%.

Step 3: Sending Chat Coupon Through inbox

The coupon workbench displays all the valid regular coupons and Chat coupons under the current shop. Customer service agents can filter and view coupons here.
  • The coupon workbench can be expanded and closed by clicking on the icon.

  • You can click the coupon to jump to the coupon detail page.

  • Find the corresponding coupon and click the "Send" button on the coupon to send the coupon card to the customer, and the customer can claim the coupon directly.

C-End Display

  • Coupon will be shareable through chat and will be displayed for the users when sent by the sellers

FAQ

  1. Who can Sellers send the coupon to, and is there a daily limitation?
Sellers are only able to send ongoing coupons to chats that are active. The chat tool doesn’t limit the number of coupons being shared, but will follow the claimable logic defined during the coupon/voucher creation process.
