Currently, there are two types of co-funded programs on the platform.

Smart Promotion	On March 3, 2026, Smart Promotion replaced the Co-funded Promotion. Smart Promotion is a resource package launched by TikTok Shop, where the platform provides resources such as promotional subsidies (such as direct discounts, coupons, and free shipping vouchers, and Bonus - details below), eligibility to register campaigns and Shoptab events, exposures to maximize the return on investment for merchants.	https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=4827354015483691
Co-funded Ads	The Co-funded Ads program offers selected sellers the opportunity to receive incentives by means of additional ads sponsored by TikTok. Sellers will be entitled to receive a maximum amount of their Incremental Ad Spend as the incentive in 10-15 business days after the results are announced if they achieve 100% of their Committed Ad Spend during the duration of the program. The maximum amount will be specified in the Co-funded Ads program terms and conditions - see Seller Center for details - and any materials relating to that program.
